1. STILTSVILLE FISH BAR

One of our favorite spots for seafood and ’Gram-worthy vibes serves an equally satisfying outdoor brunch. Go for the hummingbird waffle topped with rum caramel, charred pineapple and mascarpone whip. And the blue crab cake eggs Benedict. And, of course, sugar-dusted beignets. Oh, and maybe an order of oysters, too. Can’t forget those.

Gaze at the Miami River and sip on bottomless rosé every weekend at Michael Schwartz’s Amara at Paraiso. As for the food, you can’t go wrong with the brioche French toast with Knaus Berry Farm strawberries and huevos rancheros with fried eggs. Yum.

3. SWAN

It feels like just yesterday that Grammy Award–winning musician Pharrell Williams opened his first restaurant and lounge with hospitality whiz David Grutman (OTL, Planta, Komodo). More than two years later, and we can confidently say brunch is still our favorite meal here. With a swanky patio at the center of the Design District, enjoy the Miami air as you indulge in a bagel and lox tower, bourbon cinnamon rolls and fruity cocktails.

4. THE BILTMORE

An icon of Miami glitz and glamour, the Biltmore hosts the most famous brunch in the entire city. Once frequented by celebrities and socialites (think Judy Garland, Al Capone, the Vanderbilts and the Roosevelts), the hotel’s lavish courtyard is known for its Sunday brunch overflowing with a few of our favorites: Champagne, caviar, eggs Benedict and Belgian waffles.

5. MALIBU FARM

This farm-to-table eatery is as charming as it is healthy, with almost every dish incorporating a handful of fruits and vegetables. Grab a seat on the restaurant’s half-indoor, half-outdoor deck facing the Atlantic Ocean and summon your inner romantic vacation mode. Then order a veggie pizza on cauliflower crust and the “American,” a plate of farm fresh eggs, breakfast potatoes, crispy applewood smoked bacon or apple sausage and a few slices of country wheat.

6. JUVIA

You’ve surely dined at Juvia in the evening, but have you visited this rooftop restaurant for brunch? Beyond the unbelievable city views, Juvia serves a pretty affordable bottomless brunch (by Miami Beach standards, at least). Enjoy two hours of all-you-can-drink mimosas, tequila margaritas or bellinis for $30. Pair the bubbly with a brunch entrée—we’re thinking the smoked salmon egg Benedict with yuzu hollandaise.

best outdoor brunch in miami glass and vine

7. GLASS & VINE

This quaint restaurant located within Peacock Park packs a big punch. Its menu changes with the season, but the food is always handmade, local and downright delicious. As for brunch, some things stay the same (thankfully). No matter when you visit, make sure you order the chorizo and manchego croquettes, sweet potato tots and the dulce de leche waffle. Don’t worry about sitting outside in the dead of summer either: Glass & Vine is prepared with outdoor fans. Bless.

8. ARIETE

With a charming outdoor courtyard canopied by lush greenery, it’s no wonder chef Michael Beltran’s Ariete is a brunch go-to. Plan to share just about everything, including Beltran’s legendary bacon, plantain polenta fries, the cast iron pancake with guava and coffee crumble and frita Benedict with chorizo and papitas. Mmm.

9. NIKKI BEACH

DIY Bloody Mary bar anyone? At Nikki Beach, lounge on a daybed in the sand while feasting on sushi, made-to-order omelets and freshly baked breads and pastries. Stretch your legs with a walk to the booze station for pours of mimosas and Champagne, or create your own cocktail instead (i.e., load up on all the hot sauce and olives your heart desires). FYI: Reservations are suggested.

best outdoor brunch in miami prime fish

11. PRIME FISH

Does it count as outdoor brunch if the restaurant keeps its doors and windows open the entire time? Either way, you’ll want to slot this fancy South Beach brunch into your weekend plans ASAP. For $55, indulge in a seafood-filled buffet stocked with everything from sushi and oysters to French toast and fresh veggies. Then select an egg-centric entrée from its à la carte menu, followed by a visit (or three) to a dessert stand replete with homemade s’mores and apple pie bars. The price includes unlimited mimosas too. Basically, it’s our favorite place for an all-day eat-and-drink sesh without blowing our entire savings.

best outdoor brunch in miami seaspice

12. SEASPICE

As far as we’re concerned, it doesn’t get much better than dining on a lobster Benedict while lounging on Seaspice’s gorgeous patio on the Miami River. Did we mention the bottomless rosé? You’ll have a prime viewing spot of mega yachts cruising along the downtown waterfront as your glass is continuously refilled. Yep, this is Miami luxury at its best.
